2.1 Ease of Browsing:

Menu, Icon / Tool bar and keyboard enable navigation with the shortcuts allows the whole tour of RMS possible without even using the mouse. This helps in faster and easier data entry there by saving considerable time.

2.2 Find:
-
Among thousands, a candidate can be pin pointed using ‘Find'. A candidate can be found either by there Candidate Code or on there Name or Remarks/ File No. etc. Sorting, allows playing within limited records out of the whole database. On the same line Client, requirements and Masters can be found to save time required for navigation.

2.3 Editing / Deleting:

The information once entered can be edited or even deleted as per the needs. This allows storing of partial information.

2.4 Mass Editing.

Merging and copy pasting Masters values helps in mass editing of candidates or the requirements in one go rather than editing them one by one at individual level. This is of great help when the database runs in thousand and becomes blessing when the data is in lacks. As editing candidates at individual level would have taken huge time.

2.5 Mass Deletion:

RMS allows defining the criteria for bulk deletion of candidates or the requirements.

2.6 Mass Updation:

The total experience is automatically updated as the time passes, in order to have the current value of the experience. This is why a candidate who got registered with your database a year back and having a total 2 years of experience at that time still gets through when you are looking for a candidate with 3 yr. of total experience.

2.7 Customized Printing / Mailing of Resumes:
-
Printing and mailing of the candidate Resume can be customized to the tune that the undesired information like communication details etc. can be excluded as and when, required.

Mass mailing of the Resumes in the pre-defined structure can be done in one go.

Label Printing: Labels of the candidates addresses can be printed as per the criteria like location wise, date of registration wise etc for snail mails.

2.8 Excluding / Including of the candidates from Search:
-
Candidates can be exclude/include either manually or programmatically from being the part of search. This helps in restricting the swelling of the search results from unwanted candidates.

RMS allows Automatic Exclusion of candidates as per the pre-defined criteria. The user can define these criteria. For e.g. candidates for whom the invoice has been raised for a requirement would be automatically removed from any further searches.

The candidates who are automatically excluded can be Included Automatically as per the pre-defined criteria. The user can themselves define the number of months after which a candidate shall be re-included after the invoice is being raised for him.
